Stock Number: 3903Extraordinary 19th Century Swedish Bonad. The Nativity, The imagery capturng the Baby in a Manger in the stable, being overlooked by donkeys and angels. Primitive and exuberant colourway. Reframed in a hand painted faux marble frame Circa 1950. Originally on Paper, now laid onto board with inscription verso "Sunnerbo - Malning CA 1820" presumably inscribed at the time it was laid onto board for preservation (late 20th Century) Some paint loss and distressing in areas. Sweden Circa 1820.
