Engaging naive carved and painted corpus, Wonderfully peaceful expression for his predicament. Naturally distressed original painted surface. Some historical worm damage, forged Iron Nails. Well preserved as he was hanging in a niche in a private Chapel in the Cote d'Or. France Circa 1800.
