Wonderful early 20th century copper pharmacy or chemist trade sign in the form of a pestle and mortar, oxidisation and signs of natural verdigris showing, red lenses on each side would have been lit by gas lamp to make the sign more prominent and visible from street level. Scotland Circa 1920.
