Circa 1650 The Right Honorable Edward Conway 2nd Viscount Conway (1592 - 1655) was an English Politician, Military Commander & Peer. Educated at The Queens College, Oxford. In 1624/25 he was Member of Parliament for Warwick and in 1626 Member for Great Yarmouth (Isle of White). He was summoned to Parliament in the right of the Conway Barony, succeeding his father in 1631. He retired in the early 1650's to the house of the 10th Earl of Northumberland in Petworth (Petworth House).
